Normal Sombo Wrestling rules apply plus you may strangle or choke whilst on the ground, strike with padded area of glove and kick with padded area of ankle and foot.

NO GROUND & POUND and no striking vulnerable areas i.e. joints, testicles etc.

Scores per Sombo Wrestling plus 3pts standing count of 8, total victory for knockout

All competitors must have Doctors certificate saying they are fit to compete, they must have Personal Accident cover (BCSA/IBF members have cover) proof of both are required with entry form and fee

Uniform: Blue & Red Kurtka, boots, shorts, shin and instep, head guard and MMA open figured style padded gloves
